This course follows on from all previous residentials. We will focus more on case studies and the creation of healing recipes and dietary guidance. We will use both live and virtual case studies creating soups and dishes uniquely tailored to each person. We will also look at how to give dietary advice with an emphasis on what really works in practice.
Participants need to have taken Part One. Some exceptions will be made for experienced practitioners with a knowledge of Chinese medicine..

Accommodation is in shared rooms and there is an option to camp if you wish to reduce the cost of the course. All food and beverages are included in the price.
